Makeup and oils prevent the eyelash extension adhesive from adhering to the natural lash during service. Once I arrive, the clock starts. Additional time removing makeup, takes away from time I’ve allotted for service. This may cause an inconvenience, as we may run over on time significantly.

TURN-OFF OVEN, SET TEMPERATURE TO 70-75 DEGREES

Temperature and humidity in the environment can impact the effectiveness of some products used. I have measures in place to prevent this from happening - but it helps to have an extra hand in assistance ;)

NO CAFFEINE

Caffeine prior to an appointment leads to hyperactivity. This is meant to be a relaxed appointment, eye-twitching or opening during service, can cause interference with the extension application process.

EMPTY YOUR BLADDER

Prior to the start of your appointment I will ask that you empty your bladder. This particular service duration runs smoother when there are no interruptions during service.

MUST HAVE PRIVATE AREA / CLEAN SPACE

To ensure safety, you must have a private area / space at your designated location. This is a 1 on 1 service, unless you have made reservations for a group appointment / wedding / event / photoshoot.

Cleanliness is a key factor to the comfortability of our specialists. Please assure the environment is truly private and clean. PETS MUST BE SEPARATED OR KENNELED

Pets must be trained to sit by owner command during service as to not interfere with the process. If untrained, they must be separated or kenneled.
